Private yoga

Private Sessions are great opportunity to work on specific poses, themes, or a focus to help you move deeper into your ongoing practice. Also, learning appropriate modifications and pose alignment specific to your needs empowers your practice during group classes.  For those interested in developing a personal practice, written practice sequences with detailed instructions can be designed for you to take home.

Another benefit of private yoga is developing your skills in working with health conditions, injuries and trauma. A safe space is provided for you to see and unwind the habitual patterns of body and mind that no longer serve you in your yoga practice and your life.  Depending on your interest and needs, private sessions may include yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation instruction, mind/body awareness practices, guided self-reflection and hands-on energy work.
